  • I want to plan my wedding by myself. Is that the best idea?

ABOUT ETS

  • Why aren’t prices listed for equipment and services?

Your event is unique! Your vision, location, schedule and other variables go into building a complete event. We work with you to develop an event that fits your budget and exceeds your expectations!

A price on a website is not a complete picture of the costs. Some companies will exclude equipment unless you ask for it specifically, leading to errors and poor work. We always complete a survey of the site and include all necessary equipment.

  • You don’t offer tables, chairs, catering supplies, etc. Why is that?

We focus on the highest quality event infrastructure, installed in the most effective manner. This singular focus allows us to provide the best service and equipment in the region. We work with our trusted partners to supply other types of equipment.

TENTS

  • How many people fit inside your tents?

There really is no one answer to this question. Occupancy depends on how comfortable you want your guests to be.  Additionally, fire & safety codes will apply.  We will assist you in determining the best layout.

  • How do you secure tents in Southern Idaho winds and changing weather?

All tents should staked and guyed based on site conditions.  Staking is the preferred method to assure safety.  We are trained and equipped to achieve the safest installations.

  • I don’t want stakes in my yard!  What about water barrels or concrete block?

Water barrels are not effective and are not considered best practice, they can be dangerous.  Concrete block is difficult and expensive to transport, and ugly.  Weights can cause more damage to property then staking.

  • My event is not on grass, how do you deal with asphalt or concrete?

We are trained and equipped to anchor into asphalt and concrete but not all sites are suitable.  We will discuss options with you when we survey your event site.

  • Are permits needed for a tent on my property?

Tents are subject to permitting under state fire codes. But don’t worry! We will take care of the process to be sure that your event is safe and secure.
