What to expect…

• We will discuss:

  The type of event, theme, dates & times, location and special needs so that we may start your proposal.

• We will schedule:

  A site visit and walk-through.

  We will need to meet with you at the event location so that we can be specific about the potential installation.

• We will develop:

  A proposal that will include your event plan, schedule and pricing.

• We will ask:

  For an initial payment and a signed contract. Upon acceptance of your proposal with an initial payment, your dates and equipment are secured.

• We may need:

  To visit the event location just prior to the installation to mark the site or do preparatory work. A utilities locating service may be scheduled to survey for underground hazards.

• We Promise:

  To respect you & your time, communicate clearly, conduct business fairly and fulfill your vision completely!
